As a direct outcome of the creative workshop involving parents and children, we are proud to present the final poster created by their own hands. New Project Output: WAVES Eco-Awareness Flyer
We are thrilled to share one of our latest student-driven creations! As part of our mission to protect freshwater ecosystems, our students, with the creative support of their teachers and parents, have successfully designed a specialized project flyer.
This flyer is designed to distill complex environmental data and our hydrophone research findings into accessible, eye-catching eco-messages for the wider community. It serves as a powerful tool for raising public awareness about underwater noise pollution and advocating for the protection of the Vardar River.
The Voice of the Underwater World: "WAVES" Project Successfully Completed!
How the "WAVES" Project Stirred Our Classrooms! We are thrilled and proud to share the final newsletter of our latest ecological and scientific challenge – the "WAVES" (BRANOVI) project! Through a series of creative and interdisciplinary workshops, our hardworking third and sixth-grade students, together with teachers and parents, transformed into true young scientists and guardians of nature! From discovering the secrets of how sound travels through water and exploring the rich biodiversity of our rivers, to simulations that showed us how noise pollution affects aquatic life – our students combined science, ecology, and technology with immense enthusiasm. A special highlight of the project was the field research, where we used a special hydrophone to "listen" to the underwater sounds of our local rivers for the very first time! A huge thank you to all the students, teachers, and parents who brought their energy and creativity to help us send a powerful message: Quieter cities mean a cleaner planet and a peaceful underwater world!
